We built a comprehensive campaign around the message “IKON has changed. It evolved for you.” From teasers to login screens, weekly mailings to digital banners, we created a unified communication line centered around a 5 episode video series featuring employees experiencing the new modules.
The new IKON app reached over 5,000 downloads on day one, and by the end of the week, user numbers had fully returned to previous levels.
