Kayalar Kimya wanted to reflect the contribution of women employees across the group, from production to management, with a sincere tone as part of its half-century brand journey.

We created a structure where women from different disciplines expressed their stories within the company through a single word, then deepened that word through their personal experiences. The resulting film made women’s determination, productivity, and transformative power visible through a simple yet powerful narrative.

The video reached over 100,000 views and became a lasting memory for the women employees who took part in it.
